Managers have clients directly under their control. Managers are responsible for all client contact as well as cultivating and growing the client relationship. It is the manager’s responsibility to monitor their clients’ work, ensure it is prepared and completed in a timely manner, as well as ensure it is at the highest standard possible. The manager performs the final review for all client work prepared by our firm.
As well as having direct control over clients, a manager is also responsible for staff (associates and senior associates). It is the manager’s ultimate responsibility to work with their staff, providing the necessary motivation and education to aid in the staff’s success.
